Yes, I am sometimes moved to photograph my dinner.
Instead of just steaming the squash, I got a little creative with it, and it’s a mix I’ll do again.
Love these square dishes, which I found at Trader Joe’s a few years ago…a set with four different creamy colors.

Oh that does look delicious! I love squash at this time of year. It makes me feel like I'm back in the midwest watching the leaves start to turn. I can see onion, tomato...and what's the black looking stuff?
