Adios, ABQ

Albuquerque's plaza, which is at lower elevation, was not as far into fall, so there were still leaves on the trees.
I was impressed with the terra cotta and turquoise freeway ramps.

Some interesting graffiti on the freight train next to my Amtrak car. It was a great trip. It was really amazing spending time with Diver again. In most ways, we fell right back into our old, important friendship like no time had passed at all.

What else did I learn from this trip? After weeks and weeks of relying upon spell checker, I now know how to spell Albuquerque.

Aw, thanks for reading, Kim. I always feel a little foolish posting stuff so late. I really need to get caught up and stay caught up!

Why aren't you on my blogroll? Fixing that...now.

Wow...really a fantastic trip...you saw and did so much in a short time. And it feels as if I went along. I really had no idea Santa Fe was so interesting. Have to go see that! hmmm...it looked like the painted window frames at your B&B (pic. of the neighbor's cat) had just had the blue paint slopped onto the glass too. Still so pretty. Love your work! k
