While at work in San Francisco, I saw a guy park his red Ferrari at a meter, jump out the open top and lope down the street. He left the motor running.
I guess if you can afford a Ferrari, the price of gas is not an issue. But I was offended that he apparently expected the world to watch over his car for him. And even more by the possibility that perhaps he had another one at home and didn't care if it was stolen.
